Soooo..... now I am doing a little seicane research and you have to turn the canbus on and it makes you chose from like 120 files. So I am going through that right now. I really don’t think the wires have much to do with it but ‍♂️

Well they wanted me to take it to an installer lmfao seicane.

I just wanted it to work out of the box. So that was a no-go.

after staring at it for a while I figured what the hell I had two sets of cables since they resent them, and figured I would play with one set, and I cut the cable to their antenna hookup connector which I have never seen before, maybe that's for other countries, which also has also a blue wire and connected directly to the amp wire essentially connecting the stereo to itself and wallah audio. So so stupid. I said screw it, whatever, it works.

Klyde head unit purchased from Seicane (Run away! Don't do it!)
Hello, all. I found this thread while trying to find the "no sound" and Seicane "customer service" problems for my Sienna Limited with JBL and factory nav. I have not looked at my harness to see if it is close to the one pictured here, but I have found the solution described - connecting "AMP_CONT" wire to "AUTO_ANT" wire (Seicane labels) to enable radio sound. I have a previous Seicane head unit that was pretty much plug-and-play, as advertised. What wasn't as-advertised was the screen resolution - lower than described and too low to be useful with navigation apps - but they gave me a huge partial refund that is effectively what my net refund would have been if I had shipped it back to China.

Anyway, not to get too far into the head unit that DOES work, I have a question about the one that doesn't: H2077L. After I use the solution from this thread, is there any reason that I would still need something like a PAC TATO to pass data to the amp? It looks like the necessary signal-out wires are in my Seicane power connector. This process has taken months (I had to return this head unit for a warranty replacement after a cable they sent me caused the unit to release the magic smoke), so I don't remember if those signal wires match up as they should. If that were a problem, though, I expect I would have found it during the initial troubleshooting in the spring (I subscribe to AlldataDIY).

So you're saying connect wire 17 to wire 2? nothing needs to change on the Toyota side?
