For those that have the JD kit. How much did you have to clear for the UCA on the coil bucket?

I'm about here and I'm being limited by the marlin HD pivot gussets. I was going to clearance the marlin bit but seems like I'm already a long ways into the coil bucket.. I might have 1in more droop I can get out of the ball joint..

Just looking for thoughts on it.

Keep making clearance until the kit cycles full.

Pretty much. Clear it until the ball joint is maxed out. It does seem excessive though from the angle. I'd double check that everything is setup properly.

Eventually the UCA cup will come into contact with the shock spring so you may not be able to fully max out the ball joint at droop. The last JD kit I did on @AY_ARONTRD truck we ended up strapping early due to this.

Yeah I didn’t know if it was excessive since I cut less for the +4. Arm could be at a different angle.

Appreciate the response.. I cleared the marlin tab that was stopping the lca from going down more. I now get full compression and full droop (limits of the ball joint).. not sure anything could be set differently as it's just the UCA. I'm thinking I'll have to limit for axles or other reasons an inch or so above and I'm gonna hit full air bump 1 inch lower then full compression.
