    HEY, send me pictures of your gussets on your sliders - i'm welding mine on tonight. Already welded the gussets on the sliders, then sliders are going onto the truck at 5:30ish tonight. Kinda wanna see exactly where yours ended up!

    Well mine are upside down. I just had the guy leave them. He put them on the bottom. The guy that was supposed to weld them didnt do them. Ill look for a pic. It still works fine. Ive hit them hard and no bending or anything. Technically they still provide strength from rocks even though they are on the bottom.

    ah rad. interesting.. he has the plates hanging off the bottom of the frame..... I've got mine measured to ahve the whole plate welded on all four sides but the triangle sticks a bit higher.

    that is kinda a crackhead way of doing it - but pretty welds at least!

    Well since he thought the gussets went at the bottom the plates had tosit that low given the distances I gave him. Like between open door and what not.

    And if some good came out of mine, they are strong, and since there are only two beads of welds per plate, less to grind off if I ever have to.
