    thats what she said, I think she was just upset about her rents leaving. and what not. and the fact that she was keeping all of the feelings to her self.
    But I told her it wasn't just affecting her. I mean her Fam, is mine too and it sucks that there leaving. etc.

    So We shall she where this goes. this weekend was ok. so if we can keep it a 2way street. Ill keep her around.

    and then you guys can meet her in the spring when we comes wheeling with me. or the next time I have a meet @ my house if you guys ever come.

    I have thought about/aboot that, but if I cant get grass to grow, Im just gonna throw some rock back there.

    To date, things I have done:
    1. Have completely dug up the first 1 foot of dirt, removed and replaced with "New" dirt.
    2. Mixed "New" dirt with mulch.
    3. 100# of fertilizer
    4. Cursed loudly
    5. Seeded with BOTH Bermuda, and Rye.
    6. Cursed more
    7. added about/aboot 300# of "top soil"
    8. more seed
    9. Computer Controled (what it said on the box) sprinkler system
    10. Broke sprinkler system with repeted shovel blows when it turned on while I was in back yard having a Cigar
    11. Seeded
    12. added 100# of Top Soil
    (this year)
    13. Roughed up Dirt
    14. added a metric shit ton of seed
    15. Drowned seed
    16. added more seed
    17. added Fertilizer and more top soil.

    Chris you need more fertilizer.. j/k :laugh:

    Really, all I do is aerate in spring and fall, throw down seed. Water a bit.
    Important to get multiple beers in between monitoring seed. Once it germinates and grows about 3 inches I mow then fertilize it.

    Now I have an advantage you don't. --snow-- I throw down seed in fall and let the snow pack it into ground.
