    for a footing for a deck we would drive in 2 pieces of 3/8" into the soil underneath aboot 6 inches and leave it aboot 6 inches from the top of the tube

    but thats for decks

    so i have finally looked over the quotes i have been given.

    wheelers: 1102.83 CAD (no shipping quotes)
    2 canadian companies: 1288.56 CAD (shipping included)
    national 4wd: 1539.00 CAD (shipping included)

    so factoring in shipping, it is cheaper for me to buy from canada (toytec quoted me 172.00 US to ship LR UCAs :eek:)
