Got a lot of stuff lol
So I finished my retrofits, I decided to go with a different approach. I used 7" led headlights designed for vehicles that use a 7" headlight. The lenses are 5d which are know for a decent cutoff as well as it uses philips leds. I also made sure that the light had mounting holes visible in the sellers pictures.

Here's the link for type I used (notice how the hi brights are on the bottom of the light just like how oem headlights are.)

    Pictures
    Now here's a photo dump

    Fitting
(Make sure to shorten the bolts coming out of the sides or it may interfere with adjustments later...I didn't do that )

So the headlight fits in the reflector housing and I've seen where some people just used glue to mount them. I wanted something a little more mechanical so I put a bolt on each side of the headlight and lined it up. I then pressed on the headlight and move it from left to right scoring the reflector marking holes to drill. This allowed me to use long bolts to mount the light to the reflector.
    20171022_202243.jpg
This method allowed me to get a pretty accurate mount and I used es3000 glue to fine tune it. What I also like about this way is if the glue fails, the headlight will remain in place and only drift a few degrees.

As for the wiring the light plugged right in no modifications unless you want your dalight running light. (Simple tap)

Here what the drls look like in the wild

Reserved for Output shots (what I'm sure most people want)

I need to adjust one headlight a little more and take new pictures on a more even surface.

Brilliant! Can't believe I've never seen this... Seems a lot easier and cheaper than a projector retro. I imagine this could be done with any 7" LED headlight and I know the truck light headlight has good output as I had one in my motorcycle and I've heard the JW speaker headlight is even better than that.
Looking forward to some output shots. Thanks for posting!

Cheap ebay LED’s huh? I highly doubt that there will be a cutoff. Just like the majority of Jeeps owner with LED PnP you will blind everyone. Looks cool though.
