    I’ve had plenty of incidents with metal and power tools, luckily nothing serious. Latest event was a steel shaving in my ear against my ear drum.

    Yes it was :laugh:. I was installing a brake module on my trailer, laying on my back drilling up through the frame with my head sideways and the shaving just dropped right in there perfectly. Had to go to urgent care and get it washed out.

    I fight this everyday. I can't feel what I'm doing with mechanic style gloves. I work around Any Skydrol a lot. "Safe to drink says the creator" , yeah he's dead now. So I wear butyl dipped gloves. Happy medium I guess.

    Friend was at work hammering something. A small chunk meteorited straight into the depths of his eye. He now has a cross mark where they had to sow up the impact sight after removing it. He is well in his 50's and always wears eye protection now.

    When I went through A&P school in the early 90s my instructors said Skydrol was nasty. And these guys bathed 5606 hydro fluid.

    It is ready now. Can't wait to feel what mysterious changes have been made to the low end, as well as take passengers! As soon as I change the oil....

    Vvti settings I'm sure will have to be played with a lot to optimize.

    Very close to final setting. Considering the cam file came from another turbo Tacoma. You are correct though.

    Dude Skydrol will be gone in 20 years. Its a stain on aviation tech. Anyway, my 3rd member is almost done sitting in the storage unit. I've been very busy. Timing marks get laid Saturday. Ill post pictures of my entire setup laid out. I'm at $4425 and none of it is on the truck. Hoping to get it on by my birthday 12-14.
