I finally ordered the Carhartt duck weave seat covers for the front buckets in gravel color from AutoAnything, $148.00 with shipping.

I'm thinking about adding an iron-on patch over the Carhartt logo, I'm just not crazy about it.

I'm leaning towards the old school "teq" badge, or the patch from the guys over at Xpedition Overland? Cast your vote!

So after looking at the 2016's, I'm definitely going to poach some 2016 TRD wheels once they start trickling to Craigslist/eBay after people start going aftermarket.

Excuse the horrible photoshop but I think it will look rad:

Very aesthetically pleasing build OP! I agree with you one the wheels, they look tough! Photoshop can be a great tool when deciding on new additions to the truck, not sure why some people hate on it.

Installed the Carhartt covers after the recommended salt water soak and machine wash.

The material and craftsmanship is top notch but the fit is meh so far. I expect them to settle in much better than they currently look. I also rushed the install so I haven't spent a ton of time massaging the fabric into place or messing with the tension straps.

It's hard to pass the flap/strap that goes between the seat bottom and seat back through the gap, I got it through but I want to make it tighter but am worried to put too much tension on the stitching.

Hey man, been following your thread from the beginning and loving the progression of your truck! How do you like your Toytec lift overall? Pleased with it? How's the ride? I'm looking to do something very similar to my truck (same as yours but a 2013), and want to exhaust all avenues before I pull the trigger. Thanks in advance for info!

    Thanks! I really appreciate it.

I am very satisfied with this setup. I did a lot of research initially on potential configurations, and in my opinion this has to be one of the highest quality configurations you can put on your truck for less than $500. It is a great option for those that want something better than a spacer lift, but can't justify ICON or OME money. The ride is definitely stiffer than factory, but any lift will be. I've exaggerated the stiffness further by going with a 10-ply load range E tire. However, I'm comfortable with how it is right now.

I have take-off vibrations (like everyone else that messes with these trucks), but it's so minor and so sensitive, that it varies with the temperature and how much weight is on the truck.

I was able to achieve decent enough alignment numbers without buying aftermarket UCA's, your mileage may vary.

I find myself wondering sometimes if the OME kit would ride better, but ultimately I'm always going to second guess. I'd need to drive both trucks to truly make a judgment on that.

Thanks man, I really appreciate you taking the time to write all this!

I'm like you, I want ICON/Fabtech/Camburg/OME, but just can't justify in my head, or with the wife, lol. What made you decide on going with that tire size? Were you not interested in a 285, or were you afraid of rub/lower gas mileage?

I have seen you post several pictures of you off-road, but you mentioned it was "light"...how did it preform? I do mild off-roading as well, but would love to have something that could handle intermediate trails as well. Thoughts?

    Thanks again!

Are you still happy with the sliders you have? I like the look but wanted to see what you thought after having them on your truck for a while. I just got my lift done on mine and am now looking for my next upgrade.

Love them. Powder-coating is still holding up great. Can't say I've punished them on a lot of rocks or anything, but so far so good.
