I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
Here is a quick little video of how i can get the large radius on the sides of the trailing arms. It doesn't get used much but i love my in house built tube roller.

No I don't I'm pulling them off this weekend to fit up the new ones. But the bushings twisted so much that everything riding half way across the country like that just started to bend. I'm not sure if the tube twisted or they just bent at the spindle attachment point but you can see the spindles are not square to the ground.

I am interested to see them. I am sure the tabs a bent. my rear cantilevers are mounted in a similar fashion to your trailer's trailing arms. I added a piece of DOM dusted up to the mounting tabs and tied it into the crossmember to prevent it from bending and trying to tear off. I am sure that running it across the country tweaked it pretty good. good news is you're one of the best fabricators out there so I am sure you will get it figured out. I hate to see it fail the trailer is pimp. Makes me want to build one too if I ever get the bug out of my truck

It's not the mounting point it was the arms it self that did the bending all the mounting points are still good.

2100 fully loaded I did some finish welding on the arms before powder coating it that may have done it. i think they twisted at the spindles there was just not enough support there. The new ones wont be moving at all and frankly I think they look better :D

Well i got the new control arms all mocked up this afternoon i put .70 degrees of positive camber in them. I couldn't find a drill bit long enough to open the holes in the mounting tabs to 5/8th. So i just cut off the corssmembers and made some new ones out of 2x2x.250 wall A588. The tabs are a 3/4 wrap so they are never pulling off! I took a few pics of the bent ones after the Utah ghetto fix i had a little more then a degree of -camber unloaded. Loaded it was more like 4 or 5 degrees.

Ill post some of the new arms installed tomorrow evening they look pretty bad ass!
