Well LEDs and hids aren't going to have the same distance..

But anyway.. Today's the big day. I'm at the county court house with a guy in a Toyota shirt and his lawyer, waiting for my lawyer.

Well they showed me pictures of the front diff actuator and it was fuuuuuuuucked. There was a hole the size of a penny.. No clue how that could happen.. But that was replaced and I still have the problem so who knows... But looks like t case and tcase actuator may be ok, but front diff seems to be the problem.

I ended up settling for $2250 instead of risking getting nothing, so I'm happy with that. $1600 for a rear bumper and while I'm there I'll see if Kevin can look at the front diff.

    :D

Here's the pic of the front diff actuator that they had. I dont know which visit this was from, and I have no idea how a hole could happen like that.. I was wondering if a vacuum line or something has a fitting there that ripped out or something. But figured I shouldnt take my chance of having the judge say its my fault.
Do you know how to test all the actuators and sensors and shit like that? I was hoping some weekend we could test everything and pull out the current diff actuator to see how it looks. they also had a picture of a rubber vacuum line that was cracked.

But I'm thinking this could prove the t case and tcase actuator dont need to be replaced after all.. :notsure:

when you swapped out the front diff did you have the actuator and all that stuff out? did you notice if the actuator could drain into the front diff or anything else? trying to decide how much could be messed up besides just the actuator

wow.. wtf is that there for? I wish I knew that this morning.. we thought that was damage.

I shouldve taken a picture of the corrosion on the inside of the actuator.. shit looked like it was soaked in the ocean. I assumed that hole was the reason why...
