Yesterday I went to David Tarrantino's shop- ETD Tire in Denville, NJ. Cant say enough good things about them.

Installed the SS brake lines and did a brake fluid flush.

Couldnt get the truck aligned because a LCA cam is seized. Looks like I'll have to try to get the dealer to fix this..

    Current thoughts:
I want some aux reverse lights at the rear of the truck since tinted tail lights make it impossible to see behind you at night. Thinking of removing my current aux reverse light set up that comes on when you put it in reverse and opt for just having a rock light switch that will turn on rock lights/ aux reverse lights.

my 3 fog light switches will then be: fog. driving. rock

Also thinking of getting rid of the lights behind the grille and go with a homeroshi grille that will allow me to put some nice big lights on the front bumper and have the backs of them recess into the grille

    Custom roof rack?

Last night I got the passenger side rear suspension swapped over to an all pro expo leaf pack with u bolt flip kit and timbren bump stop, as well as the fox remote resi shock. Got started on the driver side too but a bad ass storm blew in before I could get the old leaf pack off. Heaviest rain Ive seen in a LONG time.

haha nope! I always forget too. 2nd time upgrading suspension, 2nd time not measuring. Definitely gave it atleast 3" more than what it was with just a wheelers add a leaf.

Today I want to drop the IFS skid, change the oil and filter, use some washers to shim down the front diff a little bit, maybe do the boot slide mod, maybe wash it, maybe try to work on greasing the LCA cams.

recap: dropped the IFS skid and found that I had cross threaded one of the bolts.. waiting on an appropriate size tap and die now to fix it. changed the oil and filter, and air filter. Did the boot slide mod on my driver side upper boot and so far so good. I will slide the others out a bit too just for good measure. Couldnt get the drivers side LCA cams apart.. thinking its seized...

Today I ordered a set of Piaa 510's for my front bumper fog light holes, as well as a DDM tuning HID kit for them. I'm going to try 3000K for a yellow color.

Finishing the research about ARB rear locker and compressor.. Will be ordering soon.

Thinking the ARB CKMTA 12 high output compressor. I will also need the manifold kit to be able to use the locker. Also need the tire inflator kit and I'll get the Tire inflator with gauge.

Ordered the ARB CKMTA air compressor and accessories today.

Also talked to Chase from East Coast Gear Supply. He's figuring out what gearing I need and then will be shipping it the rear locker out.

Starting to look at a Softtopper. I will need to replace the tool box with one that doesnt sit on the bed rails, and I'll get a bed mat.

Niice! Hopefully you can find a spot for that under the hood. Seems behind the seat will be the most room available though.

So, you going to re-gear the front right now right?

Tossed the idea around of getting a front locker right now too, but I dont think I need to spend that much money right now. Chase was going to figure out what gearing the front has so the rear can be geared the same. Is that not what you did?

and I found a way to install it under the hood... I have to make a mounting bracket but I already fabbed it up out of cardboard for a template.

Haha.. it never stops.. this fucking site sucks!! And I hate all of you that encourage me to spend more on my truck!!! lol

    Moar Armor!!

Well, your gearing in the front matches the rear now so, if you change the rear, you need to change the front too. I was in the same boat.... Didn't have the money to lock the front... So didn't bother to go through the hassle of changing the gearing.

Sweet! That will be great if you can get that compressor to work in the engine bay.

    Yea... F this site! :D

Yea Chase was working on figuring out what the front is so the rear will be geared the same. He asked for my vin # and some code from the door sticker. Havent heard back yet though..

I cant wait to fab up my mount from some sheet metal and see how it works. Compressor will be here tuesday so I have to get the truck ready for it.

Id rather be like boyd and have a truck thats built well and protected from damage than wheel like you and break something every time and then have to buy something to fix what was broken.
