New tires for the Tacoma are here. Same size, just newer model. Cooper stt pro instead of the older stt.

Also got new headlights. Still waiting on tie rods.

The Subaru is getting new head gaskets, water pump, timing belt, tires, heads milled flat.

Tie rods are replaced, one cv is replaced. Need to replace the boots on the other cv.

Tires are on. Picking it up later today. Unfortunately this shop doesn’t have an alignment rack, so I’m going to drop it off at Firestone tomorrow and see if they still offer a lifetime alignment program.

next summer I want to replace the uca uniballs and the Lca lbjs

like you got lifetime alignments and still want to see if they honor it or if you can still buy it? I have it for my truck but honestly haven’t attempted to use it since the 35’s went on years ago.

The Firestone by me is pretty useless. They’ll adjust toe but won’t touch the alignment cam bolts to dial anything else in if the vehicle is “modified”.

Definitely verify they’ll actually give you a full alignment before shelling out some money there.

They gave me an alignment spec sheet but I haven’t had a chance to look it over.

I asked about the lifetime alignments program and was told it’s only for unmodified vehicles.

I had to reset the vsc computer because it had the vsc light on after picking it up from them.

I would love to one day. Most likely though it'll never replace my first one. I'm thinking about a Tundra in a few years. It'll fit my needs more. Hoping Toyota will add a crew cab standard bed to the tundra line.

I'd rather have a tundra and another side by side

You're not wrong! I’d trade my Tacoma and one of my quads for a Tundra and a side by side.

If only places to legally ride a sxs in NJ and I’d have one. I haven’t used my taco I like a year I’m not sure why I even have it haha. I’m wanting to get a new toy this year so that might mean parting with the blue bomber.

We have a lot of local trails so it works well. Landowners are getting tired of people leaving trash along trails though and I don't blame them. Riders need to clean up after themselves or lose places to ride. I'm leaning on a commander max for a side by side since I loved the one I had but now need 4 seats so they boys can go along

But yeah I'm thinking a tundra for my next pickup unless I need a 3/4 ton, then I may make the awful switch to Dodge since I think my next dump truck will have a Cummins and I just want to be able to piss off my wife all the time saying I drive a "cummings"

Ya'll got dual sports, you got nothing to complain about. Plenty of places to ride. SXS are the redheaded step child of the offroad community, change my mind.

I wouldn't mind beating on an SXS like a red headed step child. :)
