    ok guys another update:got my custom lbj brakets ready for install in the next week or 2.

    also plan to pick up some steel here soon to fab up some cross shafts to fix my bent shaft issue and try to get some more life out of these tires before wires start poking out :eek: ill post up my shitty drawing to give you guys an idea lol. should be fairly cheap to make too :D

    the idea is to get a solid piece of steel about the same thickness as the toyota shaft but a little taller for more strength. drill out the sides of bar and weld in a nut or 2. plate the top and bottom and place the 1/4 plate on the end to double shear it. prototype will be started as soon as i recieve the stock shafts and buy the neccesary plate and hardware. most likely grade 8 whatever fits inside the toyota bushing :) let me know what you guys think

    heres what ive been up to this weekend :cool:

    got the axle ground down and prepped for paint

    my icon aal pack and stock leafs painted and ready to go

    got everything back on and together

    got my moog ball joints on

    took the weak lower ball joint brackets off and drilled out the srut rods for the bigger bolts

    there they are ready to roll :D

    took the truck out for a ride. hit a fairly big speed bump at 45 and didnt feel it with the front or rear gotta say im happy with how it turned out :) more pics in the daylight tomorrow
