I found a recipe in a grilling book someone got me for christmas and tried it. It's real simple. You just patty up the burgers then make an indention in it with your thumb and put a slice of garlic butter in there then re form the patty over it and grill. No other seasoning or anything. It keeps the burger real I mean real juicy and gives it a good flavor too. Try it sometime.
