Well I bought my Tacoma new in 2007, been using it as a daily driver without any modifications. Now she had 154K on the clock and I'm looking for a way to freshen the old girl up a little so I'll enjoy driving her as much as I used to. Nothing drastic as this is still my daily and I'll be giving it to my daughter when she turns 16 (8yrs from now).

You need to give us some maintenance history before we can suggest refresh ideas, and let us know if you still plan to use the truck the same as you have been...........

While your suspension may not need 'upgrading' in the sense that lots of folks around here use that term, it's quite likely that much of it could use a refresh. All the bushings, shocks, rear leaf springs, etc. would make a big difference in restoring ride and handling.

Welcome to TW. I'd also start with the suspension. It's probably really tired and ready to be retired by now.

No pics at the moment its a blue 2007 4 door. The interior is a little rough so I was definitely thinking seat covers. Love the wet okele but damn, they are spendy. Im thinking new shocks, leveling kit, rims tires and in dash GPS head unit. After that who knows. I've changed the oil with synthetic every 5K though I'll admit ive been remiss in changing other fluids. First thing on the agenda is tranny, T case and diffs. Just replaced the brakes (original) and that's what got me thinking about a refresh. I mostly use it as a daily driver but will from time to time take it down trails.
