    Built a front bumper for my previous truck. After I traded it in I took it off and its been sitting in the yard ever since. Here is a picture of it on the previous truck and a few pics of it on the current one. Plus my wife in one. :thumbsup: It would surely look better with a lift and some good lookin tires and rims. Workin on that..holidays got me held up for the time being. But im playin with another idea for a front bumper. Really digging the pelfreybilt hybrid style front bumper but looking to make my own signature in a way.

    Previous truck: litte dark in the front but you get the idea.

    As I pay off the debt from the Holidays I thought I wood make a bumper in the mean time. Inexpensive and right up my ally!

    Got the plate from my local metal shop and had them bend it. Will eventually put a winch on it. Got the holes drilled and the plate bolted on. 1/4" plate. The extended metal past the bottom of the frame will eventually be bent back and bolted when I find a oxy/acetylene torch

    I had these eyebolt I got from a job and thought they would work good as lugs. So I notched out the plate and will weld the eyebolts into them. Im skeptical about how I placed them into the plate, but I believe it should transfer the force to the frame alright should I need to be towed/pulled out the mud/rocks..etc.

    Got the gussets all tacked in and ready to weld. Next will come the panels from 1/8" steel but thatll come later. Done for today.
