    Hey Guys,
I'm new to the board and figured I would give a BIG shoutout to let everyone know I need some help. I traded my pride and joy " 2007 Subaru WRX STI, w/1900 miles" in for a 2008 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab Short Bed SR5 TRD. Dont get me wrong, I LOVE the truck but I'm heartbroken still over losing my car. I needed a pickup to move my quads, bike, boat, and trailer. So to help cope with the loss, I joined to get insight on the best modifications to do to make my Taco stand out in the crowd and to make me fall in love again. I'm pretty sure I picked the right place to land and am thankful for all your input on the board....Again..Thanks to All!!

    What Mods!
First off Welcome to TW! I bet it was hard losing a car like that but you definately got a real nice truck and believe me there are plenty of mods that can really make that truck look good and stand out. So dont hesitate to ask questions. Theres alot of people here with some good advice to give.

It was very hard to give it up and it kills me everyday but I think with some mods that the truck will look awesome and I will appreciate the work done to it. I looked at alot of pickups and I believe I made the right choice because it does stand out off the dealership but just needs some extra touches...Yep, there is definately alot of people here with good advice

    Welcome to TacomaWorld.

Sorry about the WRX they're fun cars, but think how it would have looked towing a trailer. Not pretty is it. You'll be happier with the truck in the long run.

Welcome to TW, remember the comparing apples to oranges, your car was quick and very responsive. The truck is not bad for a truck, but it's just a truck, it's made for working, like you said hauling quads and stuff, going off roads, keep this in mind and the transition will go much easier.
