Just bought 2011 standard cab 4X4

    I just bought a 2011 reg cab 4X4 last weekend as a third car between me and the wife. I inherited 175 acres in the Northern California boondocks and want to get on the land and check it out. Reading through this forum gives me an itch to start doing some mods. Since it's a base model it has no CC no intermittent wipers, no power locks/windows. It also has a burning smell, I assume that is because it is brand new and it has to burn off some of the manufacturing residue.

    Welcome to the reg cab SR5 club. Mine had a burning smell when I picked it up as well. Disappeared after a day or so. Have fun with the mod outs! if you find a CC mod let me know!
