Whats up everyone, I just bought a 2012 Tacoma 4x4, and I wanted to get some opinions on TRD equipment from you guys...

I am thinking about doing the TRD cold air intake, and exhaust. Only because i want to keep my factory warranty. Do any of you have experience with these, how is the horsepower upgrade?

I have also been looking through this forum and see people putting lights in the grill, I really like the way this looks... what would you guys recommend for grills that will fit the lights, and what lights to get.

I'm super stoked on my new truck and i can't wait to start putting some mods on it and sharing it with everyone!

    Welcome!
use the "search" category for the lights behind the grille. The cold air intake and exhaust will probably have alittle increase on horse power. Maybe 2-5 more. Im sure you will also hear alot of different things though.
good luck with the new truck!

Exhaust and CAI (regardless of manufacturer) wont void your warranty.

It's a 2012 truck...mabe instead of welcoming the op people could give him the information he wants.

Info on 2012 stuff is still coming in slowly as far as aftermarket stuff goes...Exhaust and Intake will yield minor performance gains. Can't comment on the lights and what not as 2012 has a redesigned front end...searching for stuff in relation to 2012 comes up with nothing useful imo.

    Oh, welcome to Tacoma World
