6 years ago.......I was in 3 wrecks within 4 months!!!!!!!! None my fault either!!! After the 1st wreck i realized i needed to do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to protect myself and get compensated for the bullshit. The 2nd wreck happened the same day i put on my new license plates on my brand new car!!!!!! I was in physical therapy for over a year for 3 wrecks!! Got compensated REAL good after all was said and done though. So just protect yourself AND DON'T SETTLE UNTIL ALL THINGS ARE TOO YOUR LIKING!!!!!!! As soon as you sign the line...all is done!! Can't go back.

Me too. Same salesman at the same dealership I bought my last truck is trying to sell me an identical truck for $3000 more than what I paid last time. And my last truck had running boards, this one doesn't. He changed his tune when I reminded him what I paid last time but I'm still going to have to battle.

Glad to see it's totaled. Good luck and stick it to the dealer. Tell him every time he comes back with a higher price than you told him you want to pay, you will knock off $100 off your bottom line until he signs.

Thats Great News on the truck.
Make sure you take care of yourself and any injuries too

screw the stealership any way you can
they are making thousands even if they sell you the tuck under "manufactures invoice".

spiffs, incentives, quarterly bonuses, etc. Toyota pays them well for every car they sell

Wow, I had forgotten about this thread. Truck was totaled, got a new one, pretty much the same but with the predator bars, better price and better interest rate. She was an alcoholic loser with a criminal record and no insurance and nothing worth suing over. From what I can gather she was convicted and spent time in a county jail. Slap on the hand. I'm doing good, back is a little sore, tight in the mornings but feels fine after moving around a bit, not sure if it's from the wreck or age. All in all, everything is fine. I hope she's not drinking anymore and has turned her life around but I doubt it. As they say, it could have been worse.

The same thing happened to me in a 08 Chev Silverado crew cab. I only had that truck for four months.
