Just got my Tacoma

Hey everyone, I just picked up a 2003 Tacoma PreRunner. I've been searching for the first gen for a couple of months and one popped up about four miles from me. I picked it up with just over 83500 miles (original owner) on the clock and couldn't be more happy with it. The options are a little low on it (no power stuff), but the previous owner added in an after market cruise control and keyless entry (I don't know if the truck had power locks before or not though). Oh, it's maroon .

I bought it because I needed a more reliable daily driver. My other car is an 89 turbo supra with so much work in it I can't even begin to tell you. It has had many ups and downs, recently a down that is revolving around the pressure plate exploding on me at the drag strip.

I'm definitely not new to cars (or toyotas for that matter since I also drove around a Previa mini van while I worked on the supra and have extensively helped work on my friend's and girl friend's MR2s) but I am new to tacomas. I plan to keep my "make it faster, better, stronger" mentality away from the tacoma and just do mild bolt on things to get it where I want it (i.e. drop in filter, etc.).

I might get some pictures up later, but for now it's just me saying hi.
