I had a bak-flip on my older truck and like the Peragon better plus it was cheaper.

    Yeah?

Before i found out about the peragon (which was not until today), i was looking closely at the Mx4, pace edwards switchblade (for the easy removal), and pace edwards ultra groove (for their integrated bed rail system). All of them are nice but the peragon from what i have been reading is a lot better and cost effective. Though i am still trying to figure out how to integrate a bed rail system, the Peragon seems like it would not get in the way of that.

I saw a picture of a Tundra on their website that has the Peragon cover with a bed rail system, I've been looking all over to see how he did that, but no luck haha.

If you have any leads or know how i would be able to add rails on the cap of the bed, please let me know.

Dude on YouTube just added some Superstrut 1/4-in Cone Strut Nut to the existing rail system and it worked with the peragon hardware. Think you have to bend the bracket by the front of the bed though so it doesn't come in contact with the cover. You find a cover yet?

I have been researching covers as well, and a friend with a Tundra recommended the Peragon. Here is the video referenced keeping the bed rails:

I've got the Peragon on a 2018 double cab as well. I had one on my 2013 Silverado and was real happy with it, so I became a repeat customer on my Tacoma. I put it on a year or so ago, if I recall the instructions called for the removal of the factory bed rails. Seemed like a way to reduce the utility of the truck so I too modified it similar to the video SapetheMape shared. I first removed the factory bed rails though, then installed the Peragon cover, then installed the factory rails over the Peragon cover brackets. It did require some longer bolts than what Toyota used to mount the bed rails. They have a little more flex to them now than they did when they were mounted flush along the inside of the bed, but I can now slide the cleats along the entire length of the rails as the Peragon brackets aren't taking up any real estate there.

I'm overall very happy with the Peragon, it's a great value and their customer support is top-notch. I think when I bought it for my Silverado back in 2014 or 2015 I only paid $600 (with a military/first responder discount), and that has since gone up to $700 but includes 2 upgrades (i went with the double lock and stainless steel hardware). I had it on my Silverado in San Diego, and in the summer months it would get very hot (it was the standard black), you definitely felt it when you push down on the panels to operate the cover. I've got a white Tacoma, but was unsure of whether I wanted to pay $200 for the Arctic White upgrade or have the black, so I went with the black and bought a large roll of white vinyl wrap off Amazon. I left it black for a few days then wrapped the cover, and I prefer the white. It also keeps the cover significantly cooler and doesn't show the dust so bad. I think the $40 or so I spent for the vinyl on Amazon beats Peragon's price on the white upgrade.

It's quick and easy for one person to remove the cover, and when closed I haven't noticed any rattling noises and it keeps the inside of the bed reasonable dry and dust free (I purchased a tailgate seal from Amazon to help keep dust from coming in between the tailgate and bed). I'm interested in a way to mount rails or a rack over the cover, thus far I haven't been able to find anything for sale that would work without having to cut into the mounting rails of the Peragon. You can't reasonably transport anything on top of the panels as they are only aluminum.
