just picked up a 1999 reg cab 2.7 4x4...

with 131k. in great shape, minimal rust. changed oil, air filter. what else would you recommend? thinking of coolant flush and plugs and wires.

is zerex asian pink okay? and recs on wires and plugs.

Brake fluid flush, change oil in Transmission (MT), Tcase, front and rear differentials. Replace vacuum hoses with thick wall silicone hoses.

yes the pink stuff is what toyota recommends. I think that should be it. Check your trans fluid too. Same with differential. Plugs would be what the owners manual recommends. I'd go with the longer lasting iridium ones just so you won't have to change them as often

 

Sell that garbage to me so you don't have to deal with it.
