Wanted to share and put to rest the nay sayers that suggest Taco towing will not work. This is my 07' Tacoma and my 2017 Bullet 220RBIWE dry weight of 4776lbs and it has opposing slides. It perfect for two adults with room for 2 to 3 grandkids. Tow's very easy and yes over mountains as well, as I live at the foot hills of the Cascades. Have gone from Idaho all the way to Ocean Shores without issues and have not had any problems as truck has plenty of power and stability. Just thought I'd share :) have a safe and fun summer to all.

When properly setup you can tow! I'm glad to see your setup....Looks GREAT, I tow as well, and no problems either myself. Keep on towing!!!

Can you or have you posted a pick of your trailer and truck? I added air bag support albeit I didn't need it at all! But is there if the time comes and it does offer a point of support. Thanks.

Agreed. I tow my flat bed trailer with around 2k of toys on it with no problem. Still gets good mpg as well when monitoring the obd2 reader20170319_094415.jpg

What do you see for transmission temps towing that Keystone?

I know my transmission gets hot pulling a similar sized trailer in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Installed an aux transmission cooler in the fall and I'm looking forward to seeing cooler temps this summer.

No one is saying it cant tow, but merely it shouldnt tow certain things/weight, big difference.

Well stated, and yes weight is the biggest issue when deciding and the other is the length of the rig you are going to tow. Thanks for that comment Oh how true :D:)

Thanks. We really enjoy it. Its the x213 and I believe the dry weight is about 4,500lbs. GVWR is 5,500lbs.
