Been looking at getting this deck. What do you guys think? please let me know if youve heard anything about this

 

My only irk with that HU is that it but just 1 set of pre amp outputs. Of course there are work arounds, but it is a slight hassle.

 

What are the pre amp outputs for? lol im not very educated in audio

 

Pre amp outputs are what send a signal to any aftermarket amplifier you would use to power any subs/speakers. Many

The pre out on that HU is for a subwoofer. If you planned on getting new component door speakers you would probably want an after market amplifier which would require an additional set of pre outs, an external processor or an amplifier capable of accepting speaker wire inputs.

Don't get me wrong, I'm sure it's a pretty good HU. It's just important to consider long term expandability so you don't end up having to dump a bunch of $ later on.
