I'd like to see something similar for a pistol and magazine. I'm thinking of making a Kydex compartment organizer with a holster but I'm concerned the draw might be impeded by the design. something that mounts to the lid might be more effective.

 

I had a second console lid that I sourced from a totaled truck. It was already missing the under piece of the lid. So with some quick Dremel work and 4 screws and nylon nuts it was quickly secured.
I did not want to remove my salex console divider and I also wanted to keep the strike bezel attached to the flashlight.
Now it's within instant reach and out of view. Very nice product - this is a must "mod"!
