KB Voodoo- worst service in my life

    Researched their aluminum Hi rise cross bars for a week or 2, seemed like it was the product for me.
    Main thing i wanted out of it was to fit with my tonneau cover, so I contacted the company prior to placing my order to ensure it would be compatible. I was told by their support team that it would fit no problem.
    It didn’t.
    After several emails going back forth of them trying to dodge allowing me to return the product, they just stopped replying.
    After being ensured the product would fit, and nearly 300 dollars in shipping and duties , the product didn’t fit and they now won’t even acknowledge me trying to return their product.
    Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and now I’m out nearly $800 and a product that I can’t use, and they couldn’t give less of a ****
    Joke of a company in my opinion.

    that sucks to hear. Wonder if anyone else has experienced similar issues.

    that being said, I can't imagine it'd be too hard to offload them for nearly the same/the exact same price considering they haven't been used, and lead times all around are wild these days.

    Yea there's a reason why they got banned from being a vendor on here. Look around for the threads about their powder coating and customer service.

    No bites yet but hopefully I can get them out of the garage soon.

    Yeah I had read the powder coating issue had been fixed , and went with the aluminium version to avoid rust.
    Didn’t know the customer service would be this bad. Brutal

    You can also try facebook marketplace and offerup. I've had decent luck selling parts on both those platforms.
