    no mods until the warranty is up!
    So i just installed my old cb radio out of my 07 prerunner and put it into my new 2011 TRD OR i wired it up just like on the prerunner and i have blown 2 fuses, i have already went back and checked my wiring and it seems solid.... Any ideas as to why im blowing fuses now??

    How did you wire it in? Sounds like you've got a positive wire grounding somewhere.

    hard wired it directly to my battery...

    And you are sure that you don't have a bare spot on the hot wire anywhere between the battery and the CB?

    yes sir, im fixing to go over it one more time then if that doesnt work im just gonna call a buddy of mine and see if he can come look at it later.
