That's a legit rain fly! It looks like it encompasses entire tent, going all the way to the ground.

Yes she is! Really glad she likes it!

Rainfly is really close to the ground at entrance, entrance on each side and rainfly makes a mud room too. On sides it is a little higher but covers really well against rain. Really happy with my purchase!

Today I decided to troubleshoot my power pack since it stopped working after my fishing trip in mid june. Here is what I found. Be aware of what corrosion on the negative post can do!

Noticed the other day that my new headlights are not correctly align and where mostly oriented up and on right side. Drove home with the fogs and hella on but no headlight to not blind people and to not look like a complete dumbass also... Now I have to find a level ground and a wall to spot on to adjust them. Might go to my parent's place where I can do it on the garage door. My droveway is not leveled enough and also not align with the garage door... at least sun is there late so I don't need my headlights when I drive but I surely need to get this fixed!

I need to do mine, but don't have a level driveway either! I'm going to just aim the downwards and hope for the best, and if it's too low fix it.

Trip report from last week end to Charlevoix with my gf! This region is around 6 hours from home and is renown to have views very much different from anywhere else in the province of Qc. Unfortunately we only went there for 3 days, and a week was needed to visit everything. We rented a camping spot on the Isle-Aux-Courdres, which is a big island where a bunch of activities are available. This is where we spent the week end. I don't have a whole lot of pictures since we rather enjoy the moment than living it through the camera lol here is what I have for you guys

On the ferry to get to the Island (free ferry:woot:)

Our camping setup. I didn't used the cheap man's awning I was planning to use because I borrowed this cool 10'x20' tent lol we were well installed!

    Our view from the camping

The region is also renown for their local product. The first day we made a tour and stopped in a few store to get ourself a good lunch. It was so tasty!!:drool:

We rent bikes and did a 20 km run! (haven't sit on a bike for 5 years.... hurt my but!) We also rent paddle boards! that was really awesome. It was my gf's first time so we didn't went far but she really liked the experience!

I thought I lived in a hilly region, but this place was "terrible". At some places I had my little Taco in 3rd, going uphill, trying to keep up with the traffic at 100 km/h. Never kept it at 3500-4500 rpm for that long! Now I am considering a little more a set of LCE headers... (didn't told the gf yet). Will see how my wallet recovers from my 2 weeks vacations lol

Thanks! I like to do it short and sweet. I know people get bored when it is too long so I go straight to the point

Don't be fooled by the picture I only like 2 brand of white wine haha red and all others taste no bueno in my mouth haha! But we do like fine cheese and bread!

It was a really cool trip, we took it easy and discovered the region with their product!

I think it could be interesting to share the way I wires my CB coax to have it out of view

    - First I pulled out the passenger side tail light

    - I took maybe 6' long of steel wore and attached it to the coax and ran it inside the fender pannel, until I see it by the 1/2 door of the cab.

    - I decided to take it in the cab by the 1/2 door since I was too lazy to crawl under the truck lol

    - I ran the wire behind the jumper seat and, since I removed the back centre console, I was able to hide it under the carpet and run it to the front center console.

    - I took the coax straight to the front, still under the console, and pulled it out on passenger side, where the feet are, and connected it to the CB.

Took maybe 1/2 hour and makes a clean install IMO
