So it seems like my battery from the powerpack has shorted... it has been on the charger for 2 days and can't get it to full charge, and the little voltmeter display gives me 8volts... I now have a few options.

    - disassemble the whole unit and reuse parts on the truck and boat (400w inverter, compressor, switches and miscs)

    - Get a new one, swap batteries and return it:drevil: (not morale correct but I wouldn't feel bad about it since it is a 250$+ power that didn't last 2 years...)

    - go to a batterie shop and get my battery replace...

    I will sleep on this

It was a gift so I don't have any receipt... and it was a base warranty of 1 year... It failed on me too late

Damn, that's shitty. You can't get just a new battery? Here we have this store called batteries plus and they carry any and all types of batteries.

Yeah I might do that. Really need the same size since it is a tight fit in that box. And I also would like to avoid paying 100$ for another battery lol

    Update:

Called the battery shop and a replacement for my power pack is 104$... dammit. I would also have to make modifications to make it fit because the manufacturer of the power pack is "smart" and reversed his battery so we can't get real plug and play replacement battery, they want you to buy a new powerpack instead lol. It won't work with me!:stirthepot:
