Yea, we thought you moved to Canada Louis! Glad you're back!

I need to get inside mine and clean too. The widows are filthy on the inside. That drives me nuts.

Time becomes such a valuable commodity the older we get.

Truck is taking like a quart in 3000km (around 1800miles) which seems to be close to a lot lol but never had a blue cloud behind me. I've put the seafoam treatment in this week. It is supposed to help. I'll see in a few weeks if the consumption has drop.

I washed my truck last Sunday for a little meet and greet, but then worked on Monday, and now its gonna rain. I dont think I'll wash it again until spring lol

I like to wax it really good before the really cold weather starts and just hose it off every now and then.

    You ever try this out?

Very odd, I would agree that's a decent amount. Last vehicle I had that did something like with oil use died. Hoping that's not the case for you. Though it wasn't a Toyota.

You need an oil that will swell your gaskets/seals up.

Yeah that car was 16 years old, lived a good life. I wasn't going to replace the engine as it needed a lot of other work and the engine alone replacing it was more than than the cars worth.

When I wired my 12V constant power in the bed this summer I noticed thaton the inside of the rear fender, behind the bed cubby, there was rust starting to show. Today I decided to remove the cubby and, with a small painter's brush, to spread some grease on that area. I removed the dirt before with a flathead screwdriver, then gave it a shot. Hope it helps keeping the outside of the fender free of rust longer.

I have to find time to bring my truck at work and do my own rustproof treatment. When i'll do it, i'll spray the hell out of the inner fender, both sides. Might also remove my tail lights and spray behind them
