You are totally right, i forgot to talk about the O2 Sensor too. I could be a cause.

Is your code the same as mine? I'll see what happen with cleaning the maf, and then go one piece at a time and find it. I read a few post with people running it for a long period without issues. At least I won't stay stuck on the side of the road lol

that damn weather eh! Spray a lot of PB on the sensor a few days before the swap. As you already know, rust is as good a welds!

I just can't wait to finish on the job i am right now, so I can have my life back!

Been at the moose hunting cabin for the long week end. We set a few trail cams, for moose and a bear bait. Also took an old boat out of the water. I think it has been there for at least 30years. We are going back next week end to hunt bears, if there is any that got attracted to our bait

Went again last week end. No bear, unfortunately, but a lot of fun. Explored a lake, found an old cabin we used to hide from the rain, and used the wood stove to dry our clothes. Also rode atv's around.

That cabin looks a little scary Louis.

Is that the same boat you pulled out of the water last week?

Scary, but it saved us hahaha there has been a mice party inside, lots of foam was on the ground haha

That boat is another one. The crew who has that cabin haven't came in the last 4years. They left the boat and the camp fully loaded lol. We just borrowed it, and put everything back in place after we were done haha

    Update on that CEL.

Turned out it was a disconnected hose on the intake lol. I worked on the intake the other that and when I pulled up the air boot, that hose went up with it, and I forgot to put it back in place lol:anonymous:

One less thing to worry about

It's been a while since I heard about that "secret lake", where you can find speckled trout, and where there is an offroad adventure to reach it lol

So yesterday I had not that much to do, i decided to go wheel by myself to find it. Its about 60km(38miles) from home, then 6km(3,75miles) of old loggers road, and then another 5km (3miles) of real abandonned trail. People are still using it a little, with atv's, to go hunt, and to fish the lake, for those who knows what's still in it lol

I had to use my winch, recovery boards and front skid for the first time, and also my little Dewalt chainsaw to clear a few trees ans branches out of the way. The dog and myself had a blast!

Update on the oil consumption thing

So I did what I said I would do, which can be found a few pages before

I "used" to have to put oil in the engine after 3000km, and also i used to smell burnt oil every now and then in the cab of the truck. Now, i did 3000km, and no need to add oil! And also noticed that I don't smell oil anymore. Is that because of seafoam? Is that because of thicker oil? I guess a combination of the two...:notsure:

All I know is that i am glad it burns less or not anymore! And since I only that it on week ends now, its gonna last forever
