If you can feel it with your fingernail you are not going to be able to polish it out. If not you wash it, clay bar it, polish is, then wax it. If you can feel it you are going to have to use touch up paint to make it unnoticeable.

If they are not too bad you can polish them out. look into the porter cable buffer and different steps of buffing compound it will work wonders. http://www.autogeek.net/optimum-porter-cable-kit.html if the scratches are not through the clear coat you can also wet sand dont use anything below 1500-2000 grit and then polish be very careful if attempting this very easy to sand through the clear. one way to tell if they are fixible is do the scratches go away when wet? if so they can be sanded and polished either way it is a time consuming process but very well worth it if done correctly.

Take it off road for some over the top crazy wheeling. Just when you come out of a tight situation and you see a hill jump on it fly over the top land hard bottom out get a little sideways put a huge dent in your door from a tree that stoped you from rolling. After that story and dent who will see a little key job. F the POS that did it, thats chicken S. If he/she had a problem man up eye to eye say what you have to then let it go, or make it go time.
