keyless entry help fast!!

    Last night I did the whole thing to get it where my keyless entry button only has to be pressed once to unlock both doors. Now Im trying to start my truck and it wont start. The kill switch thing is activated no matter which buttons i press. It used ot be if I unlocked the car manually with the mindow down and then got in it wouldnt start, but all I would have to do it press unlock and it would. Now I cant get my truck to start!!!

    c'mon where the hell did I screw this up. I jsut tried doing the programming again and it still wont work

    no I havnt. Should I unplug both or jsut one of the sides?

    yanno, my moms car had this problem the other day... Turned out her battery was dead...

    We jumped the car, then used the key to lock, and unlock the door which de-activated the immobilizer

    ill be pissed if my batteries dead. I replaced it about 6 months ago.

    What I'd do is just unpulg the whole battery, Let it sit for about 5-10 min. Then hook it up and see what happens? Im not sure it'll work but hopefully it will.

    this most likely will not disable the immobilizer...just realized it's an 03...not even sure if it has one...?

    I did that but only let it sit for a minute or two and it was still doing the same thing. So now its unplugged again and ill let it sit for a while. Im jsut glad I didnt have work or school today

    So I officially hate dealerships.... first time iv ever talked to one at all and this was the convo
    me: My keyless entry wont allow me to start the truck because of the security thing.
    them: well.......
    me: I have the battery unplugged to try to reset it.
    them: that would probably be your best best.
    me: and if that doesnt work?
    them: have it towed to us.
    me: *hang up*
