That will make a difference for sure. You would need a little less preload to keep the same ride height. Instead of 600lbs per inch of compression, it would take 650lbs For every inch. You can still fully collapse the shock, would just take more weight/force to do it.
If you are concerned about block height, the stiffer spring will most likely have a higher block height, but unless you are running a ton of preload, you don't really have to worry about coil bind.

If you click that link above to @deeezy 's build, he did the opposite thing, and went with a lighter spring.

Here is a good resource for suspension. Scroll down and watch the video.

I have the extended length King’s not sure which spring came with it but how many threads should you see for 2.5-3” if lift? The way it sits now unchanged is like 4 on driver and 3 on passenger. What is a good ballpark range?

I have the 600# springs and my thread count is 7 on drivers side and 6 on pass and it gave me just under 2.5 inches of lift, hope that helps.

Thanks ya it seemed as if right out of the box even the factory setting gave me like 2 and a quarter but then quickly settled down. I am now showing 11 and 10. Just barely clears the cab mount right now. Going to get it aligned. Was curious what everyone leaves there’s at. Thanks
