I was wondering if anyone knows if IBP kings are worth it for long travel Tacoma's. From what is see most people use them where they can't fit a secondary bypass but I am looking to get an IBP coil over and add a bypass later as well.

I cant tell you apples to apples since ive never been in another XLT truck to see how it rides. It will say the bump on my truck is buttery smooth. Im sure the extra travel is helping, but the IBP definitely slows things down at full compression.
that said, would i spend for it and get bypasses, no. Unless it was a race truck or i had just won the lottery.

in short, worth it, but probably not with additional bypasses

Thanks but I ended up getting them off Instagram so we’ll see how well they preform.

Thanks man! That’s what I was thinking cause I already don’t have room for a hydraulic bump so this would help a lot. And for the price it’s cheaper than buying a coil over with adjusters alone.

I wanted to follow up to this post to see if there was any feedback. I was looking into the IBP option.

very nice! Just get them valved properly like any shock. I just don’t like bypass noises and don’t want to service more shocks so IBP works for me.
