Ok, I found this out the hard way, so I'm just making this thread to let people know! I'm posting this in "product reviews" but if there is a better place for it please let me know. Just wanting to save somebody the hassle and $$ so that they don't make the same mistake I did.

I ordered the Low Range U-Bolt Flip Kit, Bump Stop Style:
    http://www.lowrangeoffroad.com/low-range-off-road-ubolt-flip-plate-kit-bumpstop-style-tsp-bsp.html

I got a great price on it by buying multiple things at the same time I needed so that's why I got it, plus it is basically universal with bump stops (which I plan to get).

Well, later down the road I bought the King 2.5" RR Rear Shocks and went to install them, after I already had the U-Bolt Flip Kit on. Turns out, the plate for the Flip Kit is so large that the 2.5" shock bumps into the plate on the Passenger Side of the truck. Here are pics of the Flip Kit when I installed it, and then the after pics when I put the Kings shocks on, you can see in the 3rd picture how close the flip kit plate was to the Rough Country shock I previously had on:

Now, I need recommendations on a U-bolt Flip Kit that works with the King 2.5" shock and that I can put bumpstops on. Anybody?

Oh and I am in no way saying the Low Range product was bad! It's crazy strong and beefy and I'm quite sad I can't use it. Just want to make sure nobody thinks this is a bad review of the product.

You're saying the plate hits the shock? I don't see that in those pics

I didn't get a pic of it with the Kings that it hit. It DIDN'T HIT the Rough Country shocks which you can see in the pictures. But, if you look at the picture of the King Shock on the passenger side (already with the old U-Bolts put back on) you can see that there isn't room for that plate.

Edit: Look at the 3rd pic for how close the plate was to the RC shock. The King is at least 0.5" larger in diameter.

You are positive this works with the 2.5" King Shocks?

I am about 99.9% positive. The plate for the top of the shocks does not "jet out" like The low range ones do.

Oooh I like how small they are, wonder about the strength and durability though.

Can you cut the shock tabs on the axle and move them out for clearance?

Probably so, but that seems to me like unnecessary effort when a different flip plate would fix the problem with no cutting/welding.

That would be greatly appreciated. Do you have a build thread?

Post up and let me know when you have a build thread. Are you running bump stops?

Wheeler bumps front and rear and the performance is awsome.

Any other recommendations for U-bolt flip kits and bump stops? So far seems All Pro U-Bolt Flip Kit and Wheeler's Super Bumps are highly recommended.
