Hey guys. Will I notice an MPG difference from 33" KM2's to 33" Nitto Grapplers? Also, will there a significant drop of road noise?

go online and check the weight difference, it's probably not significant, road noise will drop a bit

Depends on the load rating (sidewall stiffness) you are going with on the TG's and the weight difference.
I have hardly any road noise at all with my Nitto TG and my mpg went down maybe 1mpg going from 245/65/16 Dunlops to 265/70/17 Nittos.

If it's the same height you probably won't noticed much, if any, difference in MPG. The TG are pretty damn quiet in my opinion and will offer less road noise than the KM2s, but I think that you already knew that.
