Anyone have to replace one on a 2.7? I’m curious what your symptoms were and if you had cel light or not. I understand they might or might not toss a code although being faulty. Thanks

Nothing huh. No busted cables, bad plugs? I’m curious how it was running. I bet if we were talking lower balljoints you guys wouldn’t ignore me

I really don't recall ever reading about the knock sensors on the 2.7L on here, man. Like ever. That's weird.

If I understand correctly they essentially control engine timing and am wondering if a flaky one is messing with me. I am still chasing the high ltft. I have in my possession a brand new Denso 234-4162 from Rock Auto and will put it in next chance I get but want a better understanding how the knock sensor fits in with it all
