Had to use my truck for work last week. Got it a little muddy in the training area. Now when I turn all the way to the right I hear a loud knocking sound. Looking for any suggestions to what it might be. I sprayed all the mud and stuff from underneath the best I could and I can still hear it.

Didn't notice anything until I got home. Cut the wheel hard right to back in the driveway and heard a knock. Cleaned it up today and cut it all the way in driveway. It only makes the sound when driving. Don't really know how else to describe it.
