Kragen vs Hella 4000 revisited - trying to decide

I have seen many threads about hella 4000 vs kragen. Most of the threads are around 2009.

Are the Kragens holding up?

I am planning to put lights on my 2007 Tacoma. I either want 2 hella 4000 cornering and 2 hella 4000 euro or 4 kragens with two angled to the side.

If I run the Hella 4000's will I need to beef up the battery?

I drive alot of mountain back roads, so the distance is not as inportant as side and 100 yards in front of me. Also do cycling the HID cause damage?

Suggestions?
