I want to give a  to Auto Page car alarms for there customer service.
My son Josh and myself have the Auto Page alarm that pages you if your vehicle is disturbed.
The key fob will vibrate and sound a beeping sound and the LCD will display that your truck was
bumped or someone opened a door; pretty neat.
We both started having problems with the remote. It seemed like it would go through batteries
    like crazy.
So yesterday I Googled "problems with Auto Page remote," hoping someone else was having the
same problem and had an answer. The first listing was the Auto Page web site. Clicked on 'contact us'
and believe it or not, there were phone numbers and e-mail addresses; not hidden but dead center of the page!
I picked one of the three e-mail addresses and sent off a letter describing the problem Josh and I were
having. This was 7:30am, California time. At 9:40am, I get an e-mail back from the VP of Engineering
and Operations, "please call me to discuss this."
I call him up and sort of explain the problem. He tells me, send me your address. I'm going to send you
two new upgraded more robust remotes for you and your son. He never asked how long I had the alarm or
where I bought it, he only wanted to fix the problem. I sent him my address at 9:55 am and by 1:30 pm,
I had receive an e-mail with the tracking number!!!!
Today when I got home from work, there were two new remotes on my front porch.
    Thank you Auto Page!
