Ok so my AC sucks in town and traffic. I have found the T-SB-0034-18 for the 2015 trucks.
    1) Has any one install this kit yet?
    2) is there a dealer out there tacomaworld pricing deals.

$537 shipped is what I'm finding on line is the best deal.

I looked at the wiring today and it shooed work in my 2008 truck with clean install.

IDK, I've studied the TSB and it does not appear to have new parts made for you trucks but rather it looks like they borrowed pieces from other vehicles. It also requires some cutting modifications and is a bit$$$. I'm sort of on the fence about it. You may be able to increase performance just using the radiator to condenser seals though for relatively cheap.

I have all the tools to do the install. It dose look like a big motley of parts. but I like how it wires in. it is more the cost that is stopping right this min.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
You may be circulating a box of hot water. Open the hood look down on the passenger side firewall you’ll see a rubber tube sticking out. Install a new cabin air filter, too. Another thing I did was remove the rubber gasket between the top of the firewall and the hood to let heat escape and/ or cooler air in it. It seems to make a difference in keeping the engine a little bit cooler instead of a little bit hotter

Passenger side if the firewall, it's a rubber hose sticking out. do you have water dripping down the frame rail onto the ground when the AC is running?

Will Check today .. Saturday I sat at the airport for like 20 minutes in 100* temps ... truck inside temp got warm, engine temp was fine ... I'll drive it around to get things working then check for the dripping water.

When sitting at a red light, if it's real hot out, I just put the truck in neutral, revs up a bit and cools a little better.

Passenger's side firewall. Small tube protruding and drains right above the frame rail (circled in green). This isn't my picture, but you can see that the drain has already been extended with a coupler and length of hose.

I've looked at a few of these mods on the web and all I've seen involved A/C systems that didn't have very beefy fan shrouds. My 2015 PreRunner 4.0L has a nice hunky shroud that envelopes the fan better than a lot of viscous fan systems. That said, I suppose it might be worth a try:

You think the shrouds were changed at some point between 2005-2015?

I wonder if we got similar gaps like those going on at our condenser/ radiator area.

Found the hose ... I think ... How long should the ac have to run until I see water? I let it run like 5 minutes and nada ... I'll take if for a ride and then see.

That's it. In warm weather it starts to drain pretty quick. When you add the extension, just make sure to route it away from the exhaust and you should be fine.

I don't know about fan shroud changes. Here's a couple of shots of my 2015 PreRunner 4.0L fan shroud area:

Okay, so took the truck to run a few errands ... maybe 20 minutes all told. There was a steady drip ... drip ... drip coming from the hose, guessing it's not plugged. Shouldn't be a lot right?
