I'm going to go slightly larger than the stock 31's on my next set, but the problem I'm having is that I'm already rubbing my stock size 31's when doing a full turn and going over a bump in the road/off-road, even with 2" lift up front. The aftermarket wheels my truck came with have some funky backspacing is my best guess. They rub the pinch weld.

What kind of basic tool/s to do the pinch weld cutting? Will a dremel rotary saw do the trick?

Side snips for plastic. bfh for pinch weld. you should always trim tires to work for the full suspension travel. take the strut out and jack the suspension up to bump stops and clear them that way. dont rely on lift for clearing tires (coilover lifts anyways)
