WHAT A DIFFERENCE! looks great!. I'm not a chrome fan myself. . but nothin wrong with that look.

Waitin on my billy's to arrive for the front. Was planning on .85 to steer clear of vibration/wear on front driveline. Any issues with 1.75 so far? (you have a 4x4 right?)

Honestly. . looking at that last pic.

THAT should be the stock tire size and ride height. It doesn't look lifted. . it just looks *RIGHT*. Love it.

Rich...I took it straight to the interstate after the install, it drives smooth & straight with no vibrations at any speed (up to 90mph is as high as I took it).

Compare that to my 98, stock (since bought back for rust :<). Similar stance and proportions.

I agree....my 95 sat much higher (stock height) than the 2010. It just didn't feel right so I am much happier with the way it sits now.

im with these guys, thats just a really clean look. you can definitely tell the difference from stock, and its beefy enough to have a subtle off road feel without going overboard. love it.

how do you like the tires? assuming they are the toyo open country all terrains, do they ride well on the road? are they loud? i want an aggressive looking tire that isnt going to wear out in 20k miles on the road and is quiet enough to be fit for a daily driver.

I'm not a chrome guy, either, but your truck does indeed now look "proper". Aggressive, but not so much that every day civility is sacrificed. This is exactly the look I am after with my '11 black AC, but I will opt for black wheels with a brushed lip, or something similar. Thanks for posting your progress!

Well so far I like the way they feel when driving. The truck feels more sure footed to me. They do make more noise than the stock street tread but not bad. I stuck with the P series so I could still keep somewhat of a softer ride also. I am curios how much my fuel mileage will drop, right now I average between 19-20mpg.

This is the first time having Toyos (it just seemed like the proper fit for a "TOYOta") so I hope they will maintain a good ride and wear.....time will tell.

Dude, your truck looks awesome! Like a different truck from the 1st pic. I'm of the same opinion as the others regarding the height/stance on the 2nd gens vs. the 1st gens- the way yours sits now is the way they should look stock.
