I've even thought about taking the stock LC200 tie rod ends and machining them down to stock 4runner width (sorry, I know that's not what this thread is about lol)

The problem is the rack width being wider is going to mess with bump steer big time. not sure sure what Marlin did to compensate but wider kits will feel this effect less than factory....doing factory width with a wider rack such as this could potentially make the truck undrivable or unsafe to drive...

Not Tacoma related but FYI: The Sherpa 4th gen 4Runner race team mentioned having to make 1/2" motor mount spacers to lift the V8 for clearance on the 200 rack. Wondering if they or someone else figured out a better solution. Don't think this affects the V6 FJs and 4Runners.
Getting ready to install my DK 3.5 kit on this V8 of mine. Seriously considering this 200 rack upgrade.

They have fabricated spindles, so they can place the outer tie rod point appropriately. You can modify your dirt designs spindles to accommodate the Approximately 3/4” per side placement if desired.
For others with stock spindles, they need to be aware that is not easily changed.

Understood, like I said this will be a science experiment, until I have the new one in front of me and can compare and confirm stock and LC widths, throws etc., it is all up in the air.

Even still, seems the LC200 rack would need to be trimmed down less than the popular Tundra rack which would be a win. Trimmed Tundra rack cuts down turning radius

I have poly motor mounts already and will lift if needed, but I will be chopping the crossmember to locate the rack as close to stock location as possible and avoiding any motor issues, I believe that using the crossmember unmolested and dropping the rack in will put it above the centerline of the stock rack due to size. Like @tetten has done:

Exactly, I think basikbiker could do the same to the LC rack, or really any machining shop.

Participating dealers are honoring the code FREESHIP on orders over $75. Just ordered through McGeorge and saved a few bucks.

    Too many to remember
    So y
So you’re buying Camburg clevis’s, drilling them out and then calling them “your own”
    ?

yet another product you are ripping off from a real company and calling “your own”
