:facepalm:Not buying from them Camburg. There are several other companies that make these. Additionally, the owner (another large SoCal shop/brand) I'm buying them from knows exactly what I'm doing, and the he is fine with it. Hence why he's only selling me the clevis', no inner bolts, and in bulk. We machine an entirely new bolt that the other companies are not. Then we open the bore of the clevis. I even use different style heims than what Camburg recommends on their site. I've been open with everyone about what i'm doing, even other shops and vendors that have bought them. How that translates to ripping off a company, I'm not sure.

Becoming a fan of McGeorge Toyota. Have had several good experiences with them. Ordered Saturday Morning at a pretty good discount, received this Morning-5 days total.

Now I've gotta find the coin for your clevis set up and the JD double shear kit. Lots of studying to do as well, most likely in over my head lol.

Nice! Take some measurements of that thing when you get a moment. Curious if the dimension where the inner TREs mount is correct from the previous page.

yea the nest was way up under the passenger dash between the air bag module and the 4x4 ECU, but there were turds in several places including the cabin filter and in the engine bay.

I was on the road working for the last month and they had a great time chillin in my shit. Never dealt with this before. PIA!!
Everything electrical seems to be working OK, and I didn't see any chewed wire. 4Hi and Lo still engage as they should. I know people with way newer trucks that have been totaled because of chewed wiring.

My Buddy in S. Fla had his transmission implode because of a chewed trans harness. Engine took some damage too when it happened. He ended up dumping the truck because his INS wouldn't cover it.

I got mine today as well, I came up with 30.25" TRE mount-TRE mount, and 33.75" from the outer edge of the TRE, which is likely more important as the ball joint is way thicker than a 4Runner one, 1-3/4" vs 1-3/8". Also 3-1/8 turns lock to lock.

    Updated stats:

    LC200:
    • Stroke: 6.22"
    • Length between ITREs: 30.25
    • Turns lock to lock: 3.125
    Tundra:
    • Stroke: 7.81"
    • Turns lock to lock: 3.69
    • Length: 31.5"
    4th Gen 4Runner:
    • Stroke: 6.25"
    • Length: 28.5"
    • Turns: 3.06
    2nd Gen Tacoma:
    • Stroke: 6.7"
    • Turns: 3.63
    • Length: 28.5
    FJ:
    • Stroke: 5.67"
    • Turns: 2.81
    • Length?

I have all the stock stuff off except the rack, I'll take some measurements of the TRE inner and outer widths once I do.

Thanks James! I'd trust your measurements a whole lot more than mine.
And holy crap these things are gargantuan!

Interesting. Seems the LC200 rack still needs to be chopped down 1.75" (similar to the Tundra rack) to make it match the width of the Taco/4runner racks. Bummer, I thought it would be closer in dimension.

Just curious, what are the thread diameters on both the 4runner/Taco inner TRE and LC200? Maybe the LC200 thread could be machined down to 4runner/Taco thread diameter/pitch? Then the weak point would for sure be the rack. Hmmm

@DocME posted 28mm for the LC in the FJ thread, pretty sure the 4R/taco are 22mm.

That's what @Basikbiker does with the tundras, so you can run the 4R/taco ITRE on the tundra rack.
