Only recently have I gotten into the SQ side of things after doing SPL in a number of vehicles for years now.

    Current equipment:
    -Stock HU
    -Focal 165AS Compnents
    -CDT ES-03 3" Mid Range
    -Audison Bit10
    -Audison SR4
    -B2 Audio HN10
    -B2 Zero.3

    Items on order for rebuild:
    -Pair of Dayton RS180-4
    -Morel Primo 124
    -Audison SR2
    -Audison SR1D
    -MiniDSP 6to8
    -Scan-Speak Illuminator D3004's

For the first time I competed in Amateur SQ at the Texas Heat Wave this past weekend and took 1st in my class which is pretty cool! But the judge gave me some great pointers where my system is lacking.

^Note: The speakers fit fine in there now, I trimmed the mounting points for the stock grill so its a nice smooth opening now.

Once the rest of my goodies show up Ill post build pictures! Gonna get rid of the small rear seat section and build a box and amp rack to go there, in my head it's gonna turn out great, but we'll see what happens!

New wiring came in today as well!

Box should be done and in the truck at some point today as well as the amps mounted too.

Still can't wire up all 3 amps due to the processor and sub not being in yet.

Some progress from today and last night.
Last night got the Daytons installed and the pieces for the box cut out and got a good start on the box.

Today got the scans installed and the box in. Also got my order of wire from KnuKonceptz in as well.

Tomorrow gonna get the amps mounted and wired, sub hole cut out, and possibly a beauty panel for the sub face.

Here's some pics. Didn't get many of the box build.

About 130am got her playing music! It sounds phenomenal for only tweaking crossover points on all 7 channels so far. Can't wait to really dig into the MiniDSP and start tuning!

Well moved the 3's and that made a big difference. Gonna end up doing the same with the tweeters soon too.

are you mirroring the angles or making sure you get the same offset from the drivers seat?

Props for going big. Any reason why you didn't build a pod off the pillar instead of the sail panel? Didn't want to deal with obstruction from the gauge cluster?
