Leaf spring compatibility - 2003 to 1997

I'm wondering if leaf springs from a 2003 Tacoma 4x4 xtra-cab will bolt onto my 1997 xtra-cab?

 

I'm gonna say probably, but you'd have to measure for sure & take note that 1st gen 6 lug Tacomas have centerpin offset or eliptical springs, (from the center pin to the rear springs are longer/centerpin to front shorter)

 

No. 95 to 97 Taco's use shorter springs, same as on the Pre-'coma pickups.

You can cut off your hangers and reweld them on in the correct location for the longer springs, or hit up Wheeler's. They have a pack for our trucks, with a pretty good rep too!

Thanks for the help! Good information. I had found springs off a 2003 with low mileage for only $100, so that's why I was wondering. I know Wheeler's has them, but I don't think I'm ready to drop $500 yet
