That lift package seems like a good deal? Am I missing something?

You need to click your options and that price goes up quite a bit.

It looked quality to me at the time.... after one winter I'm not totally sold on the UCA arms, the exposed ball is very rusty, and even the arms themselves have some rust starting. Now with this leaf pack issue... I see why guys piece together what they want instead of a kit. Oh well, it's only money right? Go to work, make more, buy more shit. Haha

    Yeah, it's missing...QUALITY

@gman2431 inspect the spring bushings to see if there are gaps, AP used to supply narrower than stock bushings by 1/8", stock are 2.875" wide, AP used to supply 2.75", which causes slopping around or forcing you to really bend hangers and shackles in.

We actually have washers to fix that issue if you have the narrow bushings.
    1 washer per spring eye

Odd thing to check here, but where that military wrapped spring is curved around, is the spring making contact with the frame above it? See if you're able to visually see light between the wrap/frame.

As Mark77 stated here, you should check torque on your Ubolts, needs to be in the 80-90 lbft range minimum

I have a similar issue. About 4 - 6 weeks ago, I had some "helper" leafs added. Not a full add-a-leaf, these are "half leafs" and bolt on top of the existing leaf packs, half in front of the axle, and half in back, so you never remove the existing leaf pack. I had them added at someone else's recommendation to help with the new 16' travel trailer my wife and I bought earlier this year. They are Helwig brand, and were installed by a professional mechanic shop. However, everytime the truck moves form a standing start, it sounds like something is binding up and then letting go.... Bang! Pop!... I have checked everything, and all the mounting bolts are still solid tight, nothing is loose, and nothing looks out of place. As far as I know, there is nothing broken or getting damaged, just making God awful loud noise until I get up to maybe 5+ mph.
